The Detroit Regional Economic Partnership is part of the Detroit Regional Chamber, the largest metropolitan chamber of commerce in the United States. The Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting economic development in the Hispanic community through the growth of its member companies. Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, the Chamber is governed by a 30-member Board of Directors. The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO),headquartered in Washington, DC is the only dues-based national organization representing the interests of all women entrepreneurs in all kinds of businesses. The Greater Detroit Chapter, chartered in 1980, is made up of 430 of the finest entrepreneurial women in the area who share their experience and empower each other through NAWBO membership. There are many Salvation Army Bed & Bread Clubs all over the country and all have the same mission — to provide food and shelter to the hungry and homeless. Our local Bed & Bread Club serves 7,000 meals a day – over 2.5 million meals annually. The Club also shelters 1,730 people every night of the year. Visit the website
